Clark County has announced that the Highway Hikers Motorcycle Club will hold its 48th annual Christmas Toy Run on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, starting at 1 p.m.

According to the county notice, riders gather at the VFW on Lake Road in Bethel Township and then follow a planned route across Clark County. The procession moves along Gerlaugh Road to Lower Valley Pike and passes George Rogers Clark Park. It then continues on State Route 4 past the Ohio Masonic Home, travels through Main Street in Springfield and turns onto South Bird Road.

The ride ends at the Clark County Fairgrounds, approached by way of South Charleston Pike.

County officials describe the event as a continuous, non-stop procession that could temporarily block traffic along the route. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead or use other roads during that period to avoid delays. The county thanked residents for their patience and support, calling the toy run a long-standing tradition that brings holiday cheer to people in need.

The announcement did not include expected attendance, road closure details or a contact for questions.
