The City of Mansfield Service Complex announced that water main repairs require closing several roadway segments, according to a notice dated Sept. 30, 2026. Don Crose is listed as the contact.
The affected stretches are Park Avenue East between Bentley Street and Ashland Road, Ashland Road between East Fourth Street and Park Avenue East, and Park Avenue East from East Fifth Street to Ashland Road.
Per the city, the closures are already in place, with construction signs to be posted at the work zones. Motorists are urged to select alternate routes because delays are possible, and the notice says no vehicles will be allowed to pass through the area.

The notice does not describe the extent of the water main work, how many customers or properties are affected, or any designated detour routes.
