Ohio's education and workforce department announced in an Oct. 5, 2026 bulletin that a final correction window for fiscal year 2026 graduation reporting will open soon.

Under the notice, districts may begin submitting requests on Oct. 12, 2026. The corrections apply to graduation data those districts reported through EMIS during the 2026 school year, according to the bulletin. The bulletin's heading also identifies graduation and graduate cohort data as the subject of the opportunity.

For additional information, the department points districts to its Districts and Schools Final Correction Opportunities webpage. Questions are being directed to the department's Office of Data Quality.

The bulletin lists a Columbus mailing address along with two phone numbers and an email address for the office.

The notice does not state how long the correction window will remain open or specify any deadline for requests.
