Ohio officials plan a four-stop series of Regional Literacy Academies in October 2026, aimed at educators who work with students in nonpublic schools.
According to the department's announcement, the sessions support literacy instruction and carry no cost for those serving nonpublic schools. The department listed the following schedule: Columbus on Oct. 8 at the Quest Conference Center; Toledo on Oct. 13 at the Delta Hotel Toledo Marriott; Cleveland on Oct. 14 at Four Points by Sheraton; and Cincinnati on Oct. 21 at the Delta Hotel Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville.
The announcement directs educators to register for whichever academy is closest to them. Additional details on times were not included in the notice, which points readers to a registration link.
