The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce's Office of Grants Management said in a Nov. 4 bulletin that the 2026 DEW Federal Subsidy Report and the 2026 DCY Federal Subsidy Report are posted on the DEW Office of Grants Administration webpage. The office said it verified the report data and directed questions to its grants management staff.
For fiscal year 2026, the Department of Children and Youth supplied a separate federal subsidy report covering payments submitted through CCIP and processed by DCY under Assistance Listing Number 84.173A, according to the bulletin.
The bulletin also states that noncompetitive proposal forms have been updated. Organizations seeking authorization to use a noncompetitive procurement method with high-performing ESCs and other entities should use the revised forms for new requests, it says. Existing approvals for the current fiscal year remain usable until the approval period nears expiration; the bulletin says approved waivers begin on the submission date and last one year, and it recommends annual submissions on July 1 for full-year coverage.
The office further reminded recipients that the One Funding Application sends alerts only to office email addresses, not personal addresses. It instructed users to update office and personal emails through the Ohio ID Portal and the Department of Education and Workforce Application Request role-management process.
