A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted three men on dozens of counts, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office.
The defendants are Sterling Shrout, Brandon Crute and Jay Mount. The charges include grand theft, receiving stolen property and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
A spokesperson for the prosecutor's office said the three are accused of thefts and burglaries in various parts of Ohio. In two of the alleged incidents, authorities say the men acted together: one involving a trailer taken from Trotwood, the other a dump trailer and a bobcat in Dayton.
Prosecutors said phone records and photographs allegedly connect the men to multiple stolen items.
As of the source report, none of the three was in custody. Their next scheduled court appearance is Oct. 6.
