Ashland County property transfers from Aug. 27 to Sept. 22 published

Ashland Source published the Ashland County Auditor’s property transfer list for Aug. 27 through Sept. 22. The monthly compilation covers sales in Ashland and surrounding communities including Loudonville, West Salem, Polk, Jeromesville, Perrysville, Nova and Sullivan.

Records in the list include a $50,000 transfer of five vacant acres on Ford Road in Ashland from the City of Ashland to TheDormDudes LLC. A property at 739 Eastern Avenue in Ashland sold for $229,900, according to the list, from David W. Rohn and Mariah D. Rohn to Morgan Trimmer. Other entries show 1046 Foxmoor Lane transferring for $295,000 and 2221 Mifflin Ave. for $390,000.

The list also includes a $475,000 transfer of 703, 711 and 715 Cottage St., a $110,000 sale of 203 Sherman Ave. to the county board overseeing alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services, and a $237,500 transfer of 141 Claremont Ave. to the City of Ashland. Several transactions outside the city are included, such as 190 County Road 800 in Polk for $440,000 and 260 Stone Meadow Circle in Loudonville for $405,000.

Some transfers list no consideration, including 604 Township Road 1500 and vacant land along Township Road 353 in Polk.
