Fulton County Fair 2026 Preview: Full Schedule Of Events
The Fulton County Fair is scheduled for September 4-10, 2026, at the fairgrounds in Wauseon. Admission is priced at $5, with free entry for children under 15 accompanied by an adult. Certain days offer free admission for seniors, veterans, and school-aged children. The event features a variety of attractions including concerts from Crowder and Jeremy Camp, tractor and truck pulls, and a demolition derby. Recognized as the Best Fair in Ohio in 2024, it holds a long-standing tradition in the community since its inception in 1858.
Logan County history: White Cottage Park
White Cottage Park at Russells Point has been a significant recreational site for over 70 years, offering accommodation and leisure activities. Founded in 1898 by Salathiel and Keturah Prater, the resort originally featured six cottages. The park grew in popularity, leading to numerous expansions and new amenities throughout its history, including a variety of cottage types, boating facilities, and a grocery store. After passing through several ownerships, it closed around 1973. The park's legacy continues as part of Indian Lake’s tradition of summer recreation.
