The Wilmington News Journal reported that the Economic Network Alliance’s next meeting will take place Thursday, Nov. 5, at the Clinton County History Center in Wilmington. The session is scheduled from 8 to 9 a.m. at 149 E. Locust St.

Shelby Boatman, the history center’s executive director, is expected to discuss the organization’s current work, upcoming programs and preservation projects, according to the report. Those attending can also visit the featured exhibit, which focuses on Clinton County artifacts and history.

The alliance is a joint effort of the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission. Its monthly meetings are intended to connect business people, local officials and residents for networking and collaboration. A light breakfast is planned, and attendees are encouraged to bring business cards. The event is open to chamber members and the public.

For more information, the chamber can be reached at 937-382-2737 or [email protected], the report said.
