Capital University intends to open its third Master of Business Administration cohort in summer 2027, and employees of the university's corporate partner organizations may enroll at $5,250 per calendar year, according to a program announcement distributed through a City of Columbus bulletin.
The university describes the degree as taking five semesters across three calendar years. That pacing, the announcement says, is meant to let students pair employer tuition benefits, where they qualify, with the corporate rate, and participants may also hold off on paying tuition until the semester ends and reimbursement comes through.
Two virtual information sessions are listed for Wednesday, Nov. 18, at noon and again at 6 p.m.; the bulletin directed readers to RSVP links for each.
The notice also advertises a 15% discount on selected other Capital master's programs, and a $1,500 partnership scholarship for employees' dependent children who enroll as traditional undergraduates. Dr. Mary Beth Bertrand is named as the contact for people who cannot attend a session.
Remarks from current students and recent graduates included in the bulletin highlighted scheduling flexibility, in-person and hybrid instruction, and faculty members' professional experience as reasons they chose or valued the program.
