The city also said sump pump installations are available for a limited period, and residents can ask to join a waitlist for a no-obligation assessment.
Basement backups involving sewer water rising from a floor drain should be reported to the city at 614-645-7102. The bulletin advises that crews are investigating problems across the city, so responses will take time, and it thanks residents for their patience.
