Columbus officials outlined work planned for the Hilltop 4 project during the week of September 21, 2026.
Crews are scheduled to build bioretention basins and install storm sewers across the project area, according to the bulletin. Restoration work, including cleanup and concrete, is also planned.
Drivers may encounter temporary lane closures staffed by flaggers as needed. Officials cautioned that construction schedules can shift because of weather or site conditions.
The city also reminded residents to report basement backups, described as sewer water rising from a floor drain, by calling 614-645-7102. Crews are investigating issues citywide, so responses will not be immediate, the bulletin said.
Sump pump installations remain available for a limited time, officials said, with residents able to request a no-obligation assessment and join a waitlist.
Questions or concerns about construction can go to 614-645-1253 or blueprint@columbus.gov, the bulletin said. Residents unsure which area applies to them can look up their address on the Blueprint map.
