Columbus managers have until Sept. 21 to sign up for a professional development session centered on their own leadership growth, according to a City of Columbus bulletin.
The event is set for Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, at the Jerry Hammond Building, 1111 E. Broad St. It is organized as an open house, and organizers say participants can take part through the afternoon as their schedules allow.
The bulletin describes the session as a chance to network and to learn about services offered through CTD, including one-on-one coaching and leadership development programs. It frames the day around managers' growth rather than their usual focus on supporting others.
On registration, the bulletin states that anyone who signed up for the earlier Aug. 17 session is automatically carried over and needs to do nothing further. New sign-ups are being accepted through Sept. 21.
The bulletin was published Sept. 15, 2026, six days ahead of the scheduled event.
