The City of Mansfield Service Complex announced that a water main repair will require closing Bartley Avenue between Sloane Avenue and Cline Avenue. Work begins Oct. 29, 2026, the same day the notice was issued, and construction signs are to be placed at the site.
According to the city, vehicles will not be allowed through the closed section until further notice, and drivers are encouraged to arrange another route to limit delays. The city expects the road to reopen by Nov. 6, 2026.
