Three Candlewood parcels changed hands, two of them from Candlewood Lake Association: 0.482 acres to Perry Durbin Properties LLC for $6,000, and 0.252 acres to Rodd B. and Jennifer L. Lape for $3,000. In a separate Candlewood entry, James C. Andrews Jr. transferred property to Lola Boggs and Camron Bowling for $179,900.
Among larger acreage deals, Nathan Dale Wilson and Kaitlyn M. Gruber conveyed 7.138 acres on Township Road 92 in Mount Gilead to Samantha K. Altman and Jared A. Mack for $275,000, while Linda A. Matthews sold 5.10 acres on County Road 191 in Marengo to Ryan and Diana Snyder for $250,000.
