The Ohio STEM Committee is scheduled to meet Nov. 5, 2026, at 9 a.m. at Kent State University, White Hall, Room 200, 150 Terrace Drive, Kent, OH 44243, according to an Ohio Department of Education and Workforce bulletin.
The department said the meeting agenda can be viewed on its public meeting notices webpage. The bulletin states that members of the public may participate during the time set aside on the agenda. General questions about the meeting should be sent to STEM@education.ohio.gov.
The department also described its accessibility commitment under the Americans with Disabilities Act and other laws. People who need a reasonable accommodation because of a disability should contact the ADA coordinator at ADAaccommodation@education.ohio.gov or 614-369-4919. The bulletin sets Nov. 2 as the deadline for those requests.
The notice adds that requests made fewer than 72 hours before the meeting may not be accommodated, although the department says it will make every effort to provide accommodations when possible. The meeting is scheduled three days after the bulletin's Nov. 2 date.
