The seventh annual Boomers and Beyond Senior Expo is taking place Tuesday at the Metroplex Expo Center in Liberty Township, WKBN reports. The event is listed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and admission is free.
WKBN says the expo is intended to give seniors and caregivers information about products and services available across the Valley. Organizers are bringing together resources on retirement planning and living, wellness, and home care in a relaxed community setting, according to the station.
Vendors expected include health insurance, podiatry, assisted living, memory care and support, veteran benefits, nursing care, and active senior services, WKBN reports. Additional booths and vendors also are planned.
Some vendors, including geriatric physicians, will provide tests and health screenings, the report states. Door prizes are planned, and caregiver information will be available along with wellness-focused products and services.
The Metroplex Expo Center is in Liberty Township. WKBN identifies the gathering as the seventh annual Boomers and Beyond Senior Expo.
