Four people were hurt Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision in Farmer Township, northwest of Farmer, according to The Crescent-News, citing an Ohio State Highway Patrol crash report. Three of the injuries were described as serious.
The report states the crash happened at about 5:08 p.m. at the intersection of Ridenour and Scott roads. A 2018 GMC Acadia driven by Haley Millets, 28, of Toledo, did not yield and struck a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Michael Eitniear, 41, of Edgerton, that was headed west on Scott Road, per the patrol.
Millets and her two passengers, two children, ages 8 and 5, were seriously injured, the report states. Eitniear's injuries were minor.
The two children were taken by air ambulance to Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, while Millets and Eitniear were transported there by Hicksville Fire and Rescue, according to the report. The patrol said both vehicles had disabling damage.
