Columbus is scheduled to hold a free Veterans Appreciation Lunch at Marion Franklin Community Center on Nov. 10 at 1 p.m., according to a City of Columbus bulletin. The event is for veterans and their registered companions.
The bulletin describes the lunch as an opportunity to share a meal, exchange stories and connect. It also frames the event as a way to thank veterans for their service and sacrifice. Advance registration is required by phone. Seats are limited, and the city says registration will close once all spots are filled. To reserve a place, call 614-645-3160.
The bulletin does not list a registration deadline beyond the capacity limit, and no fee is mentioned for eligible attendees.
