Tri State Gun Collectors plan Nov. 7-8 Veterans Day gun show at Allen County fairgrounds

LIMA — Tri State Gun Collectors has scheduled a gun show for Nov. 7 and 8 at the Allen County fairgrounds, with the event tied to Veterans Day observance, LimaOhio.com reported.

According to the report, two U.S. flags that have flown over the U.S. Capitol in Washington will be raffled. The November show is also set to include the Chained Eagles of Ohio POW/MIA Memorial Wall and a 50% scale M1-series Abrams tank replica built in Lima at the Joint Systems Manufacturing Center. The display is called Operation Half Pint.

The organizers invite military veterans who present credentials, along with one dependent family member, to attend as guests, the report said.

As of the Oct. 27 draft date, the show was still ahead. The source did not say whether the flags will be raffled separately or together, nor did it list admission prices, show hours, a raffle date or a venue address.
